I am new to the android world and HTC world. Just bought a HTC desire HD and I am experiencing some problems with the internet on my HTC desire HD. I am posting here, because the customer service of HTC in Holland is TOTALLY crap. The customer service really don't know anything about HTC's...
Ok here it goes.

I am able to connect my HTC with the internet, but after the connection the signal will get bad and even close. When I am connected, my phone goes in standby. After a while I check my phone, I will see that my connection was lost and then he reconnects again. But all those time he was probably off, cause I couldnt get any messages. This is frustating, because you never know if your mobile is connected to the internet or not.
Also, the same problem home with wifi. My HTC has no problems with connecting to the internet, but the signal is horrible bad. It loses his signal, then reconnects again, then 10 min good signal, then he looses the signal again. I mean, this is not supposed to happen with a smartphone right.

I have checked some solutions on this forum and tried them, but nothing helped. I have the feeling that HTC desire HD has a very bad antenne implemented and that causes the bad signal for internet. Plz correct me if I am wrong and I hope I can fix this problem.
