Hi there,

Both myself and my gf have DHD's, although hers has started to shut down when taking pictures with camera (stock and 360) only when the flash is used (NO flash btw)
So I checked the Flashlight app and this shuts the DHD down also.
I'm thinking of replacing the LED's in the GPS section to see if this rectifies the fault.
Can anyone tell me the spec of the dual flash LED's so I can get them and replace?

Any help would be great, also If anyone else is having the same issues with the DHD flash/camera

You'd have to be careul not to break the GPS antennae in there if you were switching the LEDs over. I'm pretty sure you can buy that pad seperately to replace it, which would be easier (albeit more expensive I would imagine).

That said, my first thought would have been to try software solutions before taking it appart. Have you tried backing up your data and then doing a factory reset?

Just tried the factory reset and no luck
I think one or both LED's are faulty and causing the DHD to shut down to protect from this fault.
I have found the GPS/Led flash unit on ebay so will try this next

Same problem here, always turn off when flash led is used , do you get a fix ?
