Greetings all,

My email app (HTC Desire HD) registers the number of new mails I've received but when I click on the icon I am directed to the empty Outbox, and can't find the Inbox.

The Google Mail app is working fine, but I want the mail app because it is on the primary display of the phone and doesn't present all the confusing detail of the gmail app.

This peculiarity struck after I installed the new Upgrade, though I am not sure the issues are related.

Any advice from you good persons?

The only way I can replicate this is to go to the outbox and then leave the app by pressing the home key. Then, next time I go into the app, it does indeed take me back to the outbox. If you navigate to the inbox by pressing Menu -> Folders -> Inbox, and exit the app by pressing the back key, does it not take you straight to the inbox the next time you launch the app?
