My neighbour has wifi with password on it , they told me the password . 3 weeks ago , i connected to it and worked fine . But last week , i connect to it and always connecting -> obtaining address from ... -> disconnect -> connect -> ...... Over again . Any help

Sounds like they've changed the password. Have you asked them?
