Default standby battery usage

Hi! How do I reduce the cell standby battery usage?? its showing 47% on my phone.

Standby means that this is power needed to maintain a connection to the cell tower. You need this to make and receive calls and or send/receive text messages.

If you turn off your cell connection (using Airplane mode, or there are some widgets that allow toggling the cellular radio itself) that can reduce power. However, for most people that isn't an option because the "phone" part of your phone won't work.
