Hello. I recently decided to give rooting my phone a try. The method that I'm using is HTC Vision - XDA-Developers, as visionary would not work properly on my phone. Currently I'm stuck on trying to downgrade my phone to 1.34. I follow all the steps correctly ([GUIDE] Downgrade your Desire-Z from 1.72 to 1.34 (and get root and S-OFF) - xda-developers), however once I get to step eleven I get the message 'Model ID is invalid' - or something close to that. If anyone has any solutions I'd greatly appreciate it.

Are you using a goldcard? If not I think that may be the problem.
