HTC Desire Z MMS Isues

I have been having issues with the mms since i got it i can acces the web send SMS and make calls but when ever i try to send a mms it just fails i have tryed the APN settings that i found in another thread but that didint help either

Phone: HTC Desire Z
Network: Bell
Rom: Stock HTC Sense
V: 2.2
