Hello!

I have been uploading videos from my phone to my laptop quite happily until today, where when the video is played through Windows Media/Real Player, there is only audio and no picture. It all plays fine on the phone.

The last time I uploaded a video to my laptop was the end of Feb, so not that long ago! I haven't changed anything on the phone regarding videos (and actually wouldn't know how!), and the old videos still play fine.

Any advice or help would be very much appreciated - Google so far hasn't helped!
