SDK Manager downloads everything every time it's opened
I'm currently trying to get the ice cream sandwich SDK installed. I've had everything up to that installed for a while, made AVDs, run programs on them, etc. Everything seemed to be working fine. However, every time I open the SDK manager now it will download every single thing possible, say they've been installed, then just download them again the next time I open it. It also won't let me run any AVDs, and I get errors when I open Eclipse.
Any ideas?
