The full source code of Android is freely available. It will tell you everything you need to know.

What exactly do you want to know? What exactly are you trying to do?

So let me get this right. You want it to be that after someone installs your application, you want no other application to be able to be installed?

I wouldn't know how do that, nor am I inclined to research this. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you.

I would think that you wouldn't be able to do this without a rooted device and without your application having been given root access.
