I believe the i9100 is the standard unlocked version and the SMW-M250S is specifically for the Korean market.

The SHW-M250S (SK Telecom) has a T-DMB tuner instead of an FM radio tuner and uses the SK-MMS system instead of OMA-MMS for text messaging. Carrier-specific software may also be installed.

(information from the Samsung Galaxy S2 Wikipedia entry)

Thanks for the reply.

But, I already read this part in another forum.

what I want to know is, what is a T-DMB tuner and the differences between OMA-MMS and SK-MMS?

T-DMB is a mobile DTV standard for over the air broadcast. I think Japan has similar: ISDB-T/1seg. That means they can watch live TV on their phones without using up cellular data. No idea about the MMS stuff.
