Default Verizon offering me alternate replacement which one to go?

I currently have a breakout and recently it crapped out on me. Verizon is willng to send me an alternate replacement device that is 4g LTE and I'm not sure which one to go with.

I obviously have my mind on Nexus, Rezound, Razr, or even a recently released droid incredible 4.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Personally? I'd go with the Razr. I just think that thing is thin and just. Awesome.

Thanks for your input but is there more specific reasons that I should be looking at razr over others?

It has pretty great battery life, from what I understand.

Your best bet, though?

I would look up reviews of the phones, then decide that way. I'm just partial to Motorola.

There's a few threads in here comparing all those devices, give em a look.
Personally, I'd most strongly look at the Maxx even though I love my Nexus.
