What's the best non contract phone to get...

For around $250?

I need to get a new phone for work... The only problem is that they don't pay for the actual phone. They will cover my monthly bill, but I can't sign a 2 year agreement. I don't need a high end phone, but it needs to be a smart phone. The phone needs to be bought without a contract. I considered getting a BlackBerry, but they were just too expensive for what I need(E-Mail, calls, and browsing). I've looked at Sprint's site and couldn't really find anything I liked.

Any suggestions?

If you don't already have a phone line on sprint it will be nearly impossible to grab a phone and go non contract without doing prepaid boost or virgin

I already have a line. I'm looking for a replacement phone on Sprint without a contract.
