Default Advice please - which Galaxy

I would appreciate some advice. I need a smartphone for gmail, occasional browsing, navigation and google maps. I currently have an iphone 3GS - but as I have updated the os over the last few months it has become too slow when using 3G.
I tried a Galaxy note - beautiful phone but a little too big for my pocket.
I am looking at a Galaxy S2 and would get one off ebay for about 200. Would it fit the bill?

Hello David and welcome to AF.

I think I would lean towards the S2 myself.

I'd go with the Skyrocket. The build of the phone is quite solid and durable and considering the new Android ICS I think you would be happy with this build.

I had the SII Touch (bigger screen). I liked it very much. I say go for it.
