Definately T-Mobile
I just switched to T-Mobile last month from AT&T. Best choice ever. (I too have the Nexus 4.) Although some of CT is EDGE-only, it's still blazing compared to Sprint's 3G (which I hear is awful). You can get 4G in nearly every moderately-populated city and for most of the CT interstate system. I have a friend who has Sprint, and he's pleased with his plan, but I don't know how happy he is with the coverage. Also, if Virgin isn't doing you much good, Sprint won't be any better - Virgin is just a MVNO for Sprint. You're already on Sprint.
I am quite pleased with both the speed and coverage of T-Mobile. It was a good choice for me.
EDIT: Haha, can't spell. Didn't want you to think I'm illiterate. I meant to put in the title "definitely." Oops :-)
