can any one suggest good phone for me?

1)price range 10000 to 18000
2)8 px Camera
3)5 point multi touch
4)quad-core processor
5) 1 GP RAM
6)2000 mph battery

I don't think he means $. This is an international forum after all, despite the majority of Americans. The Galaxy Grand for example, sells for P18500 here in my current location.
