Default Safe to remove .apk's after rooting the Devour?

Hey guys.

I was just wondering if anyone has created a safe to remove .apk list/faq for the Devour. The root went smoothly on my phone but I would love to get rid of the bulk of the preinstalled apk's on the phone, most notably the blur stuff.
