For wifi tether, the app is called Wireless tether for Root
Setcpu is good, but i am not familiar with your phone. So you'll want to be careful as to not Over clock it too much or it'll go into endless boot mode.
Make sure you dont click Set on Boot, that way you call always just pull the battery and then you're good.
