Default Media Process Force Closing

I recently rooted my phone and installed the GB leak as well as flashed the latest Apex Rom. Everything started well, got all of my apps and accounts synched and was working normally, then all of a sudden I get this error: android.process.media has stopped working. Then I have to force close it. It's become a frequent nuisance and I was wondering how I get rid of it.

Fixing permissions usually helps with FC issues.

You can always wipe data/cache/dalvik on your next update of nightlies.

I think it came from when I restored system data with Titanium Backup. I flashed the ROM again and haven't restored system data and haven't had the problem since.
