Default Install 2.3 on rooted Droid 2 Global?

How do i install the 2.3 update for the Droid 2 global. Ive rooted it and evrytime I try to install it brings me to Clockmod recovery and the install fails.

The official ota? You have to sbf back to stock froyo. You cannot take otas when you are rooted and have a custom recovery. You must also have the stock recovery only which you get when you sbf.

You have to sbf back to Froyo like biggiesmalls657 said them get the leaked update here: Gingerbread leak - D2G Updated to 4.5.607!

Thanks for the response. I have flashed the device and when Im going into stock recovery and supposed to press the magnifying glass (search button) nothing happens to allow me to choose what I want to do. What should I do?
