Default CM7 No Market??

is there anyway i can get the market on CM7?? i just rooted and i dont see it anywhere.

Usually, the dev's ROM thread will tell you get to download/obtain the Google apps package from (at least that's been my experience, especially with regard to threads on XDA).

I think what you want can be found here (these links were referenced from http://www.cyanogenmod.com/blog/cm7-nightly-builds):

isnt that froyo based kernel? GB kernel is so much better battery life.

Not sure...I'm actually not a CM7 "flasher" [at least not on my Droid X].

I know there's been some different builds using kernels from 2.2 and 2.3, but you guys certainly know better than I which might be best to recommend.

Definitely. Its overwhelming but its great to get the full use out of my phone. Gb kernel is better. I'm thinking Motorola felt bad? Lol
