Angry The Million Dollar Question

I got one for you root masters out there
I have a piece of S*&! Droid 2 and, I CANNOT [ROOT] MY PHONE!!!
Ive tryed every root discovery tool that i can think of i have i dont know how many copies of buisybox etc. i even got the whole SDK download with about 10,000 files on developing Apps i could start creating apps for android if i knew how to write and its all on my desktop and still no luck. i even tryed emailing the list of files on my desktop to my phone i got as far as changing the file format to move the files to the system files in the phone and it let me change formats just for the move but denies access. On some devices: in order to write to /system, or in order to use setuid root commands, I might need either kernel patches or bootloader changes. which is now out of my league. to my understanding its now a new ball game from here... when i ran "Old Cydia" (CydiaImpactor.exe) it went through a few stages passing but ended with Install failed invalid APK. WTF ! back to drawling board...
can anyone give me some advice out there? anything but invalid links will do im out of patience right about now dont know what to do thanks

I don't know if you tried it yet, but if you haven't, try Kingo The link is valid, but the server can be so slow t times that it looks as if it died.

No guarantee it'll root that phone, but if it won't, it'll just tell you it can't and exit gracefully. Aside from the download time, and the time it takes for the app to recognize the phone (about a minute), you just lose a few seconds if it doesn't work.

(This is assuming that you already have the driver for the phone installed in your computer. Drivers are at Motorola - Mac & Windows Drivers )
