Exclamation Pandora causes screen freeze when using headphones

Wondering if anybody has the same issue or knows how to resolve this:

I have a Motorola Droid 2, and while using pandora with headphones, the touch screen on the phone becomes unresponsive. typically, I will plug the phone into some speakers so I can listen, and the phone goes into sleep mode, still playing music. when I try to turn the phone on again and try to slide the slider, the it will not slide. when I unplug the headphone jack, it works perfectly fine. (after further testing, I realized that the screen would become unresponsive even before the phone went to sleep.)

Does anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Hi, just saw your post. Couldn't tell from your info if you have problems both with headphones and speakers; looks like only headphones.

I had a similar problem with using a power inverter while charging in my truck. The problem was the inverter. When I replaced it, the screen worked fine.
