HELP - Droid 2

Help. My Droid 2 (Verizon) just froze tonight. I have that cute little red droid symbol on the screen and nothing else. I can't shut it off or go forward. I use my cell as my only phone so I'm desperate for help. How can I get this thing shut off to reboot? I can't get anything going right now and I'm desperate!!

Pull the battery, and restart.

Or on the physical keyboard you should be able to Alt-Shift-Del, which works like Ctrl-Alt-Del on a PC, and reboots the phone.
