Default Droid 2 primary shortcuts

I have somehow accidentally changed one of the 4 primary shortcuts at the bottom of my home screen, I can't figure out how to change it back. Any suggestions?

I can't remember how stock launcher works, but sometimes you can drag and drop new short cut
original app should still be in app drawer
just create new shortcut on home screen
and drag it over where you want it
or
long press on app you want to replace, you should get an option to replace

I have verified it works with these Motorola devices running android 2.3.4
Droid 2 (a955), Droid 2 Global (a956), R2D2 (a957), & Droid X (MB810)
