Default Shortcut to another home screen?

I searched for this but couldn't find a thread on it.

I have the Motorola Droid 2. I wanted to make a shortcut on my center home screen that would switch me to another one of my home screens where I have the actual widget displayed.

Doable?

Stock? I don't think so. But with Launcher Pro Plus, you can hit the home button and it gives you a preview of all of your screens, where you can choose one. Not sure if that is what you mean? You mentioned a widget.. a widget for what?

On the D2G if you just slide the home screen slightly either direction red dots will appear at the bottom which you can hit to go to other home screens. Not quite what you're looking for.

Thanks for the info. I didn't think it could be done without rooting the phone.

I'll look into Launcher Pro for sure.
