Default Install chrome to phone
Is there a way I can install chrome to phone on rooted 2.1? I searched but did not find anything.

I believe it uses 2.2 api's so I don't think it will work for 2.1

that is correct. There is no way to get it working on 2.1

What exactly does chrome to phone provide? I am running the BB v4 and have registered my device. what's the next step?

install the extension in google chrome on your computer. There is also a firefox extension. It allows you to send websites and google maps directions from your computer to your phone

Yep and that would make the nav part of my trip tomorrow easier...lol

Oh well. I like froyo but there are just some things that are not compatible yet.
