Barnacle and Terminal Emulator help!

Alright so, I've recently rooted my phone and I installed terminal emulated, I have superuser permissions and I'm semi-familiar with both. I got an app called Barnacle Wifi Tether and when I try to run the app, it says permission denied and it doesn't ask for superuser permission. When I go into terminal emulator and type in su it says permission denied...

I forget the code to manually give SU to something like Barnacle...I'm tech savvy but not Droid savvy yet so be gentle!

Do you have an app on your phone called Superuser Permission?

Yeah, I do. It has things like titanium backup and setcpu as superusers. So I know I'm rooted...I've never gotten a 'permission denied' from terminal emulator before this...

Huh. I've not heard of this problem before. Have you tried re-flashing?
