Just a thought: you started with a FULL battery when you wiped stats, right? You didn't just slap it in?

The ROM tracks battery stats... but doesn't necessarily control them. You do that in Recovery, where the battery stats get wiped and reset. Generally when I flash a new ROM OR change the battery, I put a full charge on it and wipe battery stats in Recovery.

If someone smarter than me wants to correct me, I'm pretty teachable... but that's how I'm seeing it and it has worked every time.

P.S. - Finding someone smarter than me shouldn't be too hard

I don't know how I found this. Seems a little strange. I haven't tried it yet but might just give it a shot.

Single post: Calibrating Without Downtime!

From thread with info that i'm used to: Battery Calibration

Now that I look at it I guess I was researching the V6 Supercharger script. Haven't tried this yet either but it seems to be getting a lot of attention.

I use this. Works the same as CWR, but can be done outside of recovery mode. Even beeps at you when it hit full charge.
