Currently on Cyanogen 7.0.3 but wondering if there are others out there worth a look. Any feedback will be appreciated.

It's gonna be your personal preference - b/c everyone here will give you *their* opinion - which may or may not line up with your own likes / dislikes / needs / wants.

That being said, Project Elite, Simply Stunning, Liquid's Frozen Gingerbread and Pete's stock GB buildsseem to be the most popular, along with UltimateDroid 3.x and a few others.
