Default Warranty exchange, Needs UNROOTED tonight!(Problems)

Asshole roomate rooted my phone to 2.3.3 a few weeks ago, and this droid is going to be sent in for a warranty exchange. Downloaded an "unroot_update.zip" file I found on some youtube video.

E: Error in /sdcard/update.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

So I figured I'd go to "Toggle signature verification"...and it'll start loading up the bar at the bottom. And THAN, I get..:

E:Failed to verify whole-file signature
E:Signature verification failed.
Installation aborted.

He no longer lives, nor talks with us...so Im stuck here. Any help, and fast help is greatly appreciated. I have no idea wtf is going on.

Edit: Changed "unroot_update.zip" to "update.zip" as instructed.
