Default Bootlooped on flash, can't reboot to CWM manually. Please help

Flashed Steel Droid through Rom Manager, now in an infinite bootloop. Phone will boot, but after a few seconds will reboot on its own. Pulled battery and attempted to boot to recovery manually (which is Del+power I am pretty sure) and same deal. It is just constantly rebooting over and over. Any help is appreciated. Flashing to stock is just fine, as I really just need a working phone.

To manually boot into recovery hold down x on the physical keyboard and power at the same time. Then wipe everything and flash the zip again and you should be good to go.

No problemo I'm glad to help when I can. I am fairly new to the OG Droid myself. I just got finished flashing it to Liquid Gingerbread v2.0 and this thing is a little beast now. It's by far the best ROM I've tried so far!

Have to say Simply Stunning 5.4 is hands down the best ROM I have seen. Makes Liquid look like nothing. Give it a try.
