There's nothing wrong with that. If you're not using your phone much, don't have stuff/e-mail syncing a lot or have anything constantly running in the background, then what else would use your battery? Anything that's not in use, but turned on and in standby is going to have most of its battery consumed from just being idle.
Also, remember; those percentages aren't representing the usage of the total battery capacity, but the percentage of usage at that point when you checked it. If you were to make a phone call or browse the web for a bit at that point when you took the screen shot, then whichever activity you just got done doing would probably shoot up near the top of that list.
