Exclamation Help, stuck on bootloader

My wife's phone went into the bootloader screen for no reason the other day. She brought it to me and I did a battery pull, rebooted into recovery and just rebooted the phone. Everything was fine until it did it again. This time the battery pull didn't do anything. As soon as I put the battery back in, it goes straight to the bootloader screen. I then flashed an sbf using RSD. RSD says that it passed and is rebooting the phone, the phone goes blank and then goes right back to the bootloader screen. The phone also says that programing is complete. I'm stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you made a back up you can restore it. the rom might be corrupt.

It's too bad you already flashed an .sbf file, you _might_ have been able to do a factory data reset and then restore you backup as the previous poster said. I am thinking that your battery is dead and/or dying, do you have an extra?

Battery is at 100%. I have a rooted Droid as well. I do have a backup, but I can't get it to go into recovery. It's stuck on the bootloader screen.

Hmm, then which exact .sbf file did you use?

I've tried everything I can think of to get passed the bootloader. I flashed the FRG22D sbf. I don't care about unrooting her phone, I'll just re-root it after. Holding x while powering on does nothing because it goes right to the bootloader as soon as I put the battery back in. I just need the phone to boot back up. She was running UD 3.3.1 with the stock kernel, if that means anything. I ran that ROM on my phone for months without any issues. A few hiccups aside, her phone seemed to like that ROM. I had it on there for about a month before it happened. i am not an expert, but I've never come across an issue with any smartphone that I couldn't fix. All my friends bring me their phones and laptops when they have a problem. I guess I'm not a big enough geek to fix this one LOL. Hopefully some uber geek will read this and help me out.
