Cry Need help updating to FRG83G!!!!

I have a Droid 1, and i am on FRG83D 2.2.1 It has clock work recovery mod on it thats all i know because when i try to update it it comes up with the triangle and wont update but it says clock work recovery mod on it. I switched to an iphone awhile ago but now i want to come back to this but its messed up, it used to be rooted and had different ROMs in it. I try to install the update that comes up on it now which is FRG83G and it will not let me! I need help and if someone could send me a very detailed reply on what i have to to for this to update and my phone to be factory restored i can give a 20$ itunes card or a 3 month xbox live membership. I do not know how to flash ROMs nor do i know how to do anything with it anymore as i forgot. Please help me thank you!!!!

It comes back with the triangle because it is rooted and has a custom recovery so it won't flash the over the air update as the custom recovery is blocking it.

If you want to factory restore it you can use RSDlite and the stock SBF file and it will put it back to factory stock or if you want I think I have an app called DMupdater that I believe reverses root but I have never unrooted so I wouldn't know personally.

sent you a personal message

ps. I am not looking for compensation as others have helped me. That is why I like the android community
