Default 2nd Partition gone after update.

Yesterday my Droid automatically updated.
When it came back up MOST of my apps are gone completely.
Most frustrating is that MARKET is one of the apps that are gone.

I rooted so that I could use Link2sd, but I have not installed any new Roms. I have Rooted and added Superuser per the youtube videos and everything worked fine for over a month, till the update.

I have found that when I try running link2sd it says it wasn't allowed superuser access. When I run superuser link2sd shows as allowed.

a little poking around the directory shows folders on the SD card that show 0 bytes (these apps show as a default icon but will not run).
It appears that the phone no longer recognizes the 2nd partition. Many other apps do not show anywhere in the directory or list off installed apps.

Any ideas how to rebuild, or turn on the second parttion or is a factory reset the best bet/

You need to re-root.

As this is a root issue, moving it to the ATR forum
