Default Do you need to "exclude" SetCPU from Task Manager?

Do you need to put SetCPU on the exclude list?

I suppose you would in order to run profiles. Otherwise what would happen, it would stay at whatever speed it was running if it was killed? Or would it default?

Thanks!

As a general rule of thumb exclude any system critical program from your task manager. Yes, exclude SetCPU.

I exclude it from being automatically killed. I also exclude anything that displays on-going notification like Weatherbug, Tempmonitor, etc.
