In here you can put what rom you are running and all the info, OC range kernels all that, and a screen shot of the main home screen. and you can discuss on which one is better. what one has that the other doesn't and etc.... i like talking about all that for some reason.
I'm running CYANOGEN MOD 5.0.5 W/ 24K THEME AND OC RANGE OF 1000-800MHZ. I have in the past run simmply stunning and smoked glass and droid mod and the desire build roms. i find cyanogen to be the smoothest and most customizable to me. I also like the updater its all very easy to use.
cons: i dont like clockwork recovery, im use to SPRecovery.
All in all CYANOGEN MOD IS THE BEST TO ME.
ill post my screen shot when i get out of school today....

Will there be a severe penalty if we do not comply?

Oh no. Say it isn't so. I never really thought about using these forums to discuss our phones. I always thought this "rooting" forum was to discuss gardening techniques. Well, gotta run and work on the op's assignment.
Lmao.. You are asking for a lot my friend. How about this, look at my signature. And since were running the same one you know why it's amazing! Yay done! Now I won't get taunted! lol

Well I'm running virtually the same setup as yours...but mine is better! ...And my phone has less scratches...and my phone is cooler than yours! Oh, and I have a cool case so my phone is...eh..well, thicker than yours! lol

To the original poster...I feel bad...I do. We are all a bunch of smart asses here!
Honestly, If you would have said:

Gee, I'm thinking of switching from DroidMod 1.0 to another ROM but I really don't know which one I should switch to. Also, how different do the ROMs look or are they all the same? Thanks!
You would have gotten exactly the response you wanted and a ROM debate would have broken out!
Could be a decent thread. Its always nice to see others setups.
Anyway, I use cyanogen 5.05 with pieces of the 24k theme. The framework, system, apks, music, geniewidget, and settings (for power control apk). Overclocked at 1g.
I enjoy this ROM the most because of the little extras. Reboot from power off menu, all of the call settings, built in LED missed call notification, apps2sd (once I get a new card) there are so many little nuances to list.. It runs smooth and stable for me as well.

So, I'll bite...and post my stuff...maybe the other's will do the same when they get done tending their gardens...seriously guys...how did you get to gardens? lol
I'm also running the CM 5.0.5 but I'm running the Jrummy Remix version. I had to switch from Clockwork to get back to SPRecovery to flash it...ironic isn't it?
I'm running the AdamZ 1.1GHz Kernel with it and I have JIT disabled for the moment...I'll enable it and benchmark it...but I'll end up taking it back off.
Best ROM out IMO...but there are other really good ones...so if this post is to live...you need someone with something other than CM to post! Otherwise it will be a Koush fanboy meeting!
I am running Cyanogenmod 5.05 with the NexTheme. Using the hacked AdamZ low voltage kernel and running at 1.1ghz Jit is disabled although it was nice to see 15+ mflops.
Running Pete's BB .9 with Chevy No1's 10 Slot kernel clocked at 900Mhz-400Mhz. Its very smooth and super fast. I installed the smoked glass launcher theme via metamorph and that adds to its sexy look. I've tried alot of the popular ROMs out right now (Cyanogen, Desire) and i really really like BB much better.
