I flashed this rom today but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to over clock... do I just get the kernel and install it??

The included kernel will OC to 1000MHz I believe. You need SetCPU from the market to set the OC.

There are also Kernels in the Blackdroid section of Droidforums in update.zip format that you can install for different voltages ans speeds.

Make sure you pick Autodetect (not Motorola Droid) in device selection. If not you will be limited to 600mhz.

thanks to both of you! I got nervous when I installed the rom initially because It was looping that the ultimate droid v8 logo.. did a battery pull and then cleared partition, so forth and I am up and rolling. I really like this compared to what I had in bb 1.2 which i guess is much older than what I have now.

I got the setcpu off my memory card and was able to oc, thanks for the tips everyone
