1. Download the desired kernel onto /sdcard
2. If using SP Recovery, rename to update.zip
3. Install from recovery (or ROM manager if using Clockwork)
Download Links - Nandroids for Clockwork/SP Recoveries
If you can't boot into Clockwork recovery after flashing this ROM, flash SP Recovery with ROM manager (alternate recovery option at the bottom), reboot, then flash Clockwork back and it should be good. You can reboot into recovery to verify it worked. Don't ask why this works!

Don't knock this until you try it.
1. Enter about:debug in your stock browser's address bar (it will look like nothing happens).
2. Hit you menu, go to More | Settings -- scroll to the very bottom, choose "UAString" and change it to "Desktop".
3. Go to this URL:
Code:
http://www.hulu.com/widget/player
You're welcome :-)
You must repeat this every time you open the browser, or else you will get a proxy error
As the warning on Mydroidworld stated, No WIFI dammit! Just getting an error message (even after rebooting). For me right now this is a dealbreaker. I'm sure it will be worked out soon. The launcher looks like ADW but does not have the hidden app dock. I will try the ADW and see how it runs.

Couldn't find flash in the market, or by following the link on Adobe's page. The market is literally taking me like a minute to find and install a single app.
Interesting (but useless) Market widget. The official Twitter app comes pre-installed. There is also a silly Home Screen Tips widget (yawn). More news to follow...

No wifi means it's a total deal-breaker for me. I live in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin and have very little to no 3G when I'm at home. I NEED wifi to do anything on my phone. It's nice that we have this, but I'm going to wait until this issue is resolved before I try it.
P3 changed the kernel to protect the original source. I don't know what that even means but it breaks wifi. So far I've been doing really well with 3G in my area without wifi. That's only because I downgraded my baseband. I wonder if I install this will I have to downgrade again?

3G is working fine for me with the downgraded baseband. Actually, I seem to be getting a little better signal than with 2.1 (I don't think installing this touches whatever baseband is already installed but I am only assuming).

This doesn't touch the baseband at all. It will remain the same.
I'm off to the state park, see you guys in the evening. Hopefully a lot of new discoveries by then!!
Blah, this thing is SLOW. Bootup took a while, setup took forever, and it's been syncing for quite a while now. Screen changes are super laggy. I'll give it until it's done syncing before I restore JRummy.
Still has not worked for me. It has boot looped my phone twice. First time I tried to wipe all, then install over my rooted and OCed droid. No dice. Then I completely formatted the SD card, and reloaded my phone from scratch back to 2.01 then to 2.1 and root. Then did the advanced backup in sp recovery no ckecking anymore options then was already checked. Then I copied the already extracted folder to the nandroid folder and did the restore. Still going into bootloop. Also have pulled the battery. Its just not working for me. Im going back to 2.1 and staying stock until this goes public. Unless anyone else has any ideas?
Made a Nandroid backup, file is on my phone...Just waiting for her to charge up a bit Sucks no wifi, but hopefully pete or someone else will have that fixed with in a week or so...

Still waiting (semi) patiently for my Galaxy Nexus
Highest benchmarks I'm getting is 9.4 mflops? I thought it was supposed to be like 100000 SetCPU benchmarks in the mid 300s (granted it's running stock kernel)
Hopefully Pete or Cyanogen can work on this guy to get it blazing soon.
Also noticed when I'm updating apps it doesn't tell you about its phones' access (like network, phone calls etc.)
Well, NexBeast is based off Bugless Beast, so Pete would have to release first, then expect a day or so and Fab will have it up. I guess it's also possible Fab could theme this rom and call it something else...
Give it a few minutes to let it settle in guys. I was about to go back to NexBeast, but then the syncing finished. I've hit 12.56 Mflops twice on Linpack and seen short benchmarks of 170 with this stock kernal. It definitely starts to show it's speend and is very clean when it settles in.
Now the Flash not working is annoying, that I will grant
I will wait till all the bugs are worked out, how much change from 2.1 rooted could there possibly be? I am getting almost 9 MFLOPS now, so?
Like I said it's still with the stock kernel (I think?) and not OC'd. MFLOPS for me running 500Mghz were generally around 4-5 and 1.2Ghz around 9. So there is the potential to get it up into the upper teens, I hope
