1. Open up the Android market.
2. Go to "Downloads" (It's the rightmost button in the three buttons at the top).
3. Pick the application you want to auto update.
4. If the app supports it, there will be a tick option to "Allow automatic updating". Tick it.
Done. The application will now update itself. There is no way to set all applications to auto update as not all apps can support it.
