Default Droid Pro Bootloader Screen Reinstall OS

Hi,

I turned on my Droid Pro a couple of days ago and all I am getting is a Bootloader screen:

Bootloader
03.09
Err:1B,00,02,00,00

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB

(It is currently plugged in to my computer with USB).

Anyone know how to fix it?

There was no fall and it did not go in water, it was working fine the night before but when I turned in on in the morning it just had this screen.

I tried a battery pull, sim card pull, memory card pull, and a hard reset.

I'm thinking I might have to reinstall the Android OS but I have no idea how to do this. Any tips?

Thanks.

Default

Was anyone able to get around this? I thought the OS system needed to be reinstalled as well. I am having this issue and hard reboots don't work.
