New today! SS update. I was about to give up on GB running on my phone before I tried this ROM.

This is the first SS that will run on my phone. I've tried two other SS releases (a froyo, and 5.2 last week) and none of them would get past the "M" in the boot. 5.3 loaded without a hitch. Still restoring from backup, but so far it looks good!

Running extremely fast and smooth so far and somehow wound up with an extra 70+ MBs left after restoring all my apps from my previous ROM (PE 5.0.2).

Only minor gripe I have so far is the menu animations. I hate the flip-out animation and just want to change it back to the stock pop-up animation, but can't find anything in any of the settings to change that. If someone has an easy fix, I'd be really appreciative!

Check the first post of his release thread on another forum. Toward the bottom of the post is a link to restore stock animations.
