Droid Email App IMAP bug? fills my mailbox
I have just realized that my Droid v2.2.2 is filling the sent folder on my work IMAP server account with 2 copies of the last sent message every time it syncs. Have removed the account and reinstalled, still doing it if I send an email.
So just to be clear. When I remove and add the account which is an old school plain IMAP account, it works fine. But once I send an email from the droid on that account, On the next sync and every subsequent sync, it takes the last email I sent and places two additional identical copies in the sent folder which grew to over 1800 messages before I understood what was happening. The date/time stamp stays the same on all the copied messages.
This one blows my mind. Any help is appreciated.
Brian
P.S. I tried to search but couldn't find this exact situation.
