Okay,so a lot of touchscreen problems have been posted here, but i couldn't find one that matched what was wrong with my droid. The touch screen only works for the minute or so after I turn my phone on. i have been pulling out my battery and restarting it to check my text messages for the last few hours. I have tried cleaning my screen, deleting apps, nothing seems to work, any ideas?

Sounds like an app is crashing the digitizer routines. This app is being loaded during the latter part of the phone being started, so the digitizer works until the app starts.

If you've backed everything up, try doing a factory reset. If that works, you will have to manually reinstall the apps or restore your backup and remove apps until the problem is solved.
