Default Music skip tracks by itself

Songs would skip at a certain point. It doesn't matter which app I would use to play the songs, the songs will always skip to the next track at a certain point. For example, Song A will always skip to the next track at 0:25.

Even if I delete the file and put it back in, it would still skip, but just at a different part of the song.

It can play the entire song if I fast forward but that's it. The songs are on the sd card.

Get your SD Card checked. Or else see if something is eating your memory away.

Ok, it may be a problem with the sd card. Not only do the tracks skip, but the songs merge into each. So I would listen to Song A, and I would hear song B in in song A for like 4 seconds and switch back to Song A.

Yeah, get a card reader for your computer (if you don't already have one). Remove the card from the phone and insert it into your computer. If the computer recognizes the card, then copy the contents to somewhere on your computer (if you're running Vista+ don't use C:\ or C:\Program Files / C:\Program Files(x86) for the copy) and see if they are messed up there.

Even if the files are not messed up, at this point I'd format the SDCard - I had to do it three times before my computer would format it successfully, but after that any little issues that had recently cropped up went away on their own.
