before i start i will be honest it has water damage due to self stupidity. but it was working fine after a month of letting it sit in a bag of rice and no power ups, worked great actually better then before once i got it back going which was a week ago. then today i tried to open and use an app which was goggles which is the item barcode scanner app that comes with the phone, and the phone froze. it would not turn off by holding the power/lock button, so i pulled the battery let it sit for about 5 minutes, and upon start up the phone would not boot past the motorola logo screen and will not shut down unless a battery pull, tried 3 different batteries and the same problem. it will sit at the screen for approx. 30sec to a minute. help please

You said it will sit at the screen for 30 seconds to a minute - then what happens? Does it 'reboot' and start over again at the M logo?
