ive searched high and low but hopefully someone can help me

i am definetly an amature at best but i went ahead and started to repair my phone myself and after al was said and done the phone will not power on with a charged battery and power cable(motorola standard) the only sign of life is a flash of the charging light just as i plug in the charge cable

Was wondering if there was some sort of troubleshooting instructions i am missing?

Ps. i was replacing the led display with another droid same model

Give it a few minutes (up to 30) with it plugged in and then see if it will turn on / has turned on or not.
