Exclamation Once The Phone Charges to 100% It Unplugs Itself?

Not physically, but the phone will charge up and then without disconnecting it from the charger the battery will begin to drain?

I went to Settings/About Phone/Status and is shows 90%?
I touch that, and it begins to charge.

I have tried an alternate charger - same type OEM charger, but a second one and I swapped batteries. I also wiggled the connector vigorously.
This is a replacement, "new" phone.

Never seen that before. I had the opposite problem - in a hotel room back in June, I left my DROID on the end table charging and went to the university - came back an it was quite hot (and yet had not powered off, or else I caught it in the middle of power off / boot looping...

But that is still the same device I have now (and now replaced by my BIONIC). Never replaced it out of fear of running into problems with replacement devices that so many people have reported.
