Default Low on space.

Titanium Backup says:
System ROM: 147 MB (15.3 MB free)
Internal: 274 MB (23.4 free)
SD Card: 15.9 GB (14.1 GB free)

So far I've:

1. Uninstalled any useless/unused apps
2. Reviewed remaining apps and cleaned out cache for any I was able to. Consequently, there was probably a total of 2-3mb of cache between all my apps anyway.
3. Phone is rooted and all but 6-7 apps were moved to the SD card.

I use Google Voice for my text messaging and all but maybe 40-50 messages are archived

One good piece of advice I found was to use ASTRO and search for large files. he recommend 1mb, but I tried 2 and still came up with a LOT of results. The majority of the results were located in the /dev/ folder. At one time I had done some programming with App Inventor, so I know it installed some things for that, but I don't know what or how to uninstall.

I know there's got to be a lot of crap I can delete, but I just have no idea what without breaking something! Here's a small rundown of what it came up with when I searched for files 2mb or more. Hopefully someone can give me some feedback.

Any advice? I downloaded 2 different cleaners that confirmed my call logs all clear, search histories, programs cache, etc.

I'm basically shut down. My phone is almost useless if email and google voice won't update
